How to Set Up and Use Conversational Forms?
Access your chatbot
Open your Thinkstack.ai account and select your bot you wish to configure.
Set up the Action
In the top menu, click 'Actions' and from the list choose 'Lead.'
Edit the template
Adjust the default JSON template to fit your needs.
Add triggers
Define a few triggers that will prompt the chatbot to start the lead process. Ensure that theses triggers are unique and do not overlap with the ones used for other actions such as the Human Handoff.
Save and use
Toggle the ‘Publish’ button to make the form live and ‘Save’ to apply your changes.
