Manage Accounts for Your Customers
Once you have successfully mapped your custom domain to Thinkstack’s domain, you can begin creating and managing accounts for your Customer. In this section, we’ll guide you through the steps to set up client accounts and manage them effectively. Let’s get started!
Login to your Thinkstack Partner Portal and click on Add Account.
Add Client Details:
➡️Account Name: Enter the Account Name, which is the name of your client’s company or brand.
📩Email Address: Type in your client’s Email Address. This email will be used for all communication and for your client to log in.
🤖Chatbot Limit: Set the Chatbot Limit, which specifies how many chatbots you are assigning to this client. Assign a limit based on the client’s needs and requirements.Add Admin Details:
🧑💻Admin Name: Enter the First Name and Last Name of the admin responsible for managing this account.
🔐Set Password: Enter a secure password for the admin in the Enter Password field, and then re-enter it in the Confirm Password field to verify accuracy.
📩Send Password: Check the Send password in email box if you want the admin to receive the password via email.
Once these details are filled in, click Create to complete the admin setup. Note: The admin created here will be designated as the owner of the account. This means they will have full control over managing the account and its settings.You can view the accounts you've created in the Accounts Dashboard. Here, you'll quickly see key details such as the Client Name, Email, Tier, Status, Message Credits, Chatbots Limit, and the Date of Account Creation for each account.
To get more information about an account, simply click on the desired account from the list in the Accounts Dashboard, and you will be able to view its detailed information.
You can log in to the accounts with a single click to view analytics, chatbots, and other details. You can also edit the account name and adjust the chatbot limit as needed.
