Training Your Chatbot Using Files

Prerequisite: You must be logged in to your Thinkstack account and have already created a chatbot.

Select the chatbot for which you want to train and follow these steps:

  1. Go to the 'Sources' section in the top navigation bar and click on 'Files' in the sidebar.

  2. Upload the relevant .pdf/.docx/.txt/.md files related to your product/service, such as support documents or training guides. Ensure the file size does not exceed 50 MB. User-Guide-Screenshot#1

  3. Click 'Train' to start the training process. User-Guide-Screenshot#2

  4. Wait for the training to complete. Check the status; if it shows 'Trained', the training process is finished. User-Guide-Screenshot#3 User-Guide-Screenshot#4

  5. Once the training is complete,test your chatbot by asking it questions to see how well it responds. User-Guide-Screenshot#5
