Training Your Chatbot Using Files

Prerequisite: You must be logged in to your Thinkstack account and have already created a chatbot.

Select the chatbot for which you want to train and follow these steps:

1. Go to the 'Sources' section in the top navigation bar and click on 'Files' in the sidebar.

2. Upload the relevant .pdf file related to your product/service, such as support documents or training guides. Ensure the file size does not exceed 50 MB.

3. Click 'Train' to start the training process.

4. Wait for the training to complete. Check the status; if it shows 'Trained', the training process is finished.

5. Once the training is complete,test your chatbot by asking it questions to see how well it responds.
