The Human Handoff feature in Thinkstack enables seamless transitions from the chatbot to a human agent when users require more personalized or complex assistance. While AI chatbots handle many tasks efficiently, Human Handoff ensures users receive the support they need for issues that demand a human touch.

How It Works#

Human Handoff is triggered when the chatbot detects user requests such as: "I need to talk to a human; "Can you connect me with someone from the team?" or "It’s urgent, I’d like to talk to a professional." etc.

When activated, the chatbot smoothly connects the user to a human agent, minimizing disruption and ensuring an effective handover.
